Building Financial Clarity Since 2019

We started because too many people were getting lost in complicated financial advice. Six years later, we're still focused on making strategic planning feel less like homework and more like a conversation with someone who actually cares about your goals.

Late 2019

Started with a Kitchen Table

Our founder spent weekends helping friends figure out their business finances. What began as casual advice over coffee turned into something bigger when three local shop owners asked for proper planning support. That's when we realized there was a real gap between overly complex advisory services and people who just needed honest guidance.

Mid 2021

Expanded Beyond the Basics

By this point, we'd worked with 47 clients. Most came through word-of-mouth, which told us we were doing something right. We added two team members and started developing more structured approaches—not rigid templates, but frameworks that could adapt to different situations. Opened our Butuan office that August.

Early 2023

Refined Our Process

After reviewing outcomes from our first three years, we noticed clients who stuck with quarterly check-ins saw better results than those who didn't. Not rocket science, but it confirmed that financial planning works best as an ongoing partnership. We restructured our services around this insight and saw client retention improve by 62% over the following 18 months.

2025 and Forward

Focused on What Actually Helps

These days, we work with individuals planning major life transitions and small businesses navigating growth phases. We've learned that good financial strategy isn't about predicting the future—it's about building flexibility into your plans so you can adapt when circumstances change. Which they always do.

The People Behind the Plans

We're a small team, which means you'll actually get to know us. No rotating cast of advisors—just consistent support from people who remember your goals without needing to check their notes.

How We Actually Work

No mysterious processes or consultant-speak. Here's what happens when you decide to work with us, broken down into steps that make sense.

1

Initial Conversation

We talk for about an hour. You tell us where you are financially and where you're trying to go. We ask clarifying questions and determine if we're a good fit. Sometimes we're not—and that's okay. We'll tell you honestly if someone else would serve you better.

2

Gathering the Details

You share financial documents, we review everything, and then we spend time understanding your specific situation. This takes about two weeks because rushing leads to missing important context. We're looking for patterns, risks, and opportunities that aren't immediately obvious.

3

Building Your Strategy

We develop a plan tailored to your circumstances. Not a generic template with your name at the top, but recommendations based on what we learned about you. We present it, walk through the reasoning, adjust based on your feedback, and finalize an approach you're comfortable implementing.

4

Ongoing Support

Plans change because life changes. We check in quarterly, adjust strategies when needed, and answer questions between meetings. Think of it as having someone in your corner who's paying attention to your financial progress even when you're busy with everything else.
